Manoj Gupta is Chief Executive Officer for Kotak Infrastructure Debt Fund Limited (KIDFL). He is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with a total experience of 19 years across diverse areas of Management Accounting, Strategy, Structured Finance, Debt Capital Markets and Infrastructure Financing. In his stint of 12 years with Kotak Group, he co-headed the Debt Capital Markets and worked extensively with various Financial Institutions and large Conglomerates to provide innovative financing solutions. He has been instrumental in establishing a franchise for the group in this area. Later in 2015, he moved to handle the structure finance business for the group from its NBFC platform. In a short span of time, he built a strong product team with deep domain expertise and scaled up the business to a significant size of ~Rs 9500 crs.
