It is nothing but the fact since I booked one 2 BHK flat in Avalon Homes I was really very much worried that How I would arrange the lone 90%.

I searched for many banks to provide the lone 90% but every bank put the condition that you cannot get the loan unless you deposit 20% of the property cost to the builder.

I had deposited 10% of the property cost to the builder but 10% more I had arrange anyhow. Just it was a question of life and death for me that I if could not deposit the rest 10% , I would be losing my flat and the deposited amount because I had received the notice to pay the 20% amount within decided time frame.
