Mr. Jaithirth (Jerry) Rao is an alumnus of Loyola College in Chennai,
Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad and the University of Chicago. In 1998
Mr. Rao founded MphasiS, an IT Services and BPO Company. Prior to founding MphasiS, Mr. Rao held several positions in Citibank in various
capacities across Asia, Europe, South America, and North America. Mr. Rao is currently
Chairman of the NASSCOM Foundation, Trustee of the Sujaya Foundation and
the Chairman of the India Foundation for the Arts.
Mr. Rao has been honoured by the State of Karnataka with the Rajyotsava Award in
2005. He is also twice winner of Ernst & Young 'Entrepreneur of the Year' Award
in the ICT category, the winner of the Economic Times 'Entrepreneur of the Year'
Award and Distinguished Alumnus Awards from the University of Chicago and Loyola
College.

Mr. P S Jayakumar (Jaya) holds a Master's Degree in Management
from XLRI, Jamshedpur, a Master's Degree in Commerce from the University of Madras
and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He
is also a Gurukul Chevening Scholar from the London School of Economics and Political
Science (1998).
Mr. Jayakumar started his career with
Citibank in 1986 and has held many senior management positions there, including
being Country Head for Consumer Business in India and Asia Pacific and Head for
Consumer Lending Business in Asia Pacific. During his banking career, spanning 24
years, Mr. Jayakumar has contributed significantly to the development of the retail
banking industry in India.

Mr. Sakti Prasad Ghosh's career spans over four and a half decades
starting as a Probationary Officer (Class?I) in Reserve Bank of India and retiring
as Executive Director, National Housing
Bank (NHB). During his career, he was placed on deputation with Unit Trust
of India, National Agricultural Bank for Rural Development (NABARD) and NHB to assist
in building these institutions.
Mr. Ghosh has been involved with Asian Development Bank (ADB) as Financial Management
Specialist-cum-Staff Consultant and was also associated with Vidyasagar University,
West Bengal, as nominee of Chancellor and HE Governor of WB. Mr. Ghosh holds a Master's
degree in Commerce from Calcutta and a Diploma in Financial Management from Jamnalal
Bajaj Institute of Management (University of Bombay).

Mr. Vishal Gupta is a Managing director with BVP India, specializing in investments in banking and financial services, energy and infrastructure.
Mr. Gupta, a Master’s Degree holder in Management from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta (IIM-C) is a Chartered Accountant and has a B.A. in commerce from GS College. He is also a member of Mensa and has been a nationally-ranked table tennis player.
Mr. Gupta has been closely involved with Bessemer’s investments in financial-services firm, Motilal Oswal Financial Services,Shriram City Union Finance, NetAmbit, MediAssist, Shriram EPC, Orient Green Power, Indian Energy Exchange, Ind-Barath Power Infra, Spanco Distribution and Kiran Energy.
Prior to joining Bessemer, Vishal was a senior manager in the treasurer’s office at Reliance Group, which he joined from DSL Software, a joint venture of HCL Tech and Deutsche Bank in India. While at DSL, Vishal served as an executive assistant to the CEO.

Mr. Manoj Viswanathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical &
Electronics Engineering from BITS, Pilani and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. He has
an experience of more than 15 years in consumer lending encompassing automobile
loans, mortgage and un-secured lending. Mr Viswanathan has played an important role
in building the branch-based consumer-lending model for Citigroup in India under
the Citifinancial brand.
Mr. Viswanathan is the CEO of Home First Finance Company.

Mr. Abhijeet Muzumdar is a Vice President with BVP India in Mumbai. He focuses on investments in the financial services, consumer internet, mobile and technology space. Since joining BVP India in November 2009, he has been closely involved with a number of investments, including Home First Finance Company,www.BharatMatrimony.com (Consim) and www.Snapdeal.com .
Prior to joining BVP India, Abhijeet was at Edelweiss Capital, where he worked in the investment banking team. Before Edelweiss, he worked in New York at UBS’ investment banking team and KPMG's corporate-finance team. Abhijeet holds Bachelors of Commerce degree from NarseeMonjee College of Commerce & Economics and an MBA from Adelphi University’s Hagedorn School of Business, where he was on the Dean’s list. He also holds Masters of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
A little known fact about Abhijeet is that at NarseeMonjee, he won the Best All-Rounder in Academics and Sports Award for three consecutive years. He also represented India in tennis at the international level and was ranked among the top four juniors nationally. As a junior, he won several national level tournaments and represented India at the Junior World Youth Cup.

She has worked for 15 years with Citibank in various leadership roles across the globe, then as Head, Risk Advisory for Kairoleaf Analytics (part of the listed AurionPro Solutions group) and is now an independent consultant in the Banking & Risk Advisory arena.
